After 22 years of working on the professional tennis tour I have observed that many tennis players are training incorrectly, with no plan and therefore with limited progress. 

Our motivation at Recast Tennis Performance is to help guide tennis players of all levels in how to train correctly for their sport. With this in mind we have created a format of specialized online fitness programs ready for you to simply follow and improve.

Our online programs contain exercises and drills that have helped many top pros succeed at the elite level. The exercises themselves are easy to follow, are in a progressive order and will change the way you move and feel on the court.

Scott first started working with professional tennis players in 1998. He has held many roles since then, from Strength and Conditioning coaching for National Federations, to private consultation with the top professionals.
With 22 years of working with elite tennis players he has a solid understanding of the physical demands of the sport and has gained the knowledge and experience of educating players in the key performance requirements to be successful.
He has made it his mission to pass on his experience and knowledge to all members of the world wide tennis community.
It was with this motivation in mind that Recast Tennis was formed.
